Ingredients You Need For Jaggery Tea

  • ¼ cup chopped Jaggery 
  • 1 tsps of Samaara Kadak Black Tea 
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 6-8 Green Cardamoms
  • 8-10 Black Peppercorns
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 inch Ginger 

How to make Gur Waali Chai

  1. In a pan take milk and bring it to a boil.
  2. By the time the milk is boiling, coarsely grind green cardamoms, black peppercorns, and fennel seeds together in a mortar pestle. 
  3. Once the milk is boiled, grate ginger, add Samaara black tea, and 1 tsp of the grounded mixture.
  4. Mix the ingredients in the milk and boil for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Now add jaggery and cook till it melts in the tea.
  6. Once the jaggery is melted, take the pan off the heat and strain the tea in cups and enjoy!
